Choose from daily, 3 times p/wk or weekly check-ins, where we touch base with your loved ones via phone or SMS to assess their well-being and assist with any needs
After each check-in, we promptly update all nominated family & 'Inner Circle' members (via text or email) with their status.
3. Support Sessions (1 : 1)
Whether discussing new health routines, planning upcoming events, or simply offering a listening ear, these are invaluable in providing comprehensive, compassionate support.
4. Health & Medication
Between our dedicated support managers and proprietary technology we ensure that medication schedules are meticulously followed, health appointments are seamlessly coordinated, and any changes in health status are closely monitored!

Our dedicated team assists in managing and facilitating these online activities, making shopping an effortless way for Grams or their loved ones get anything they need from anywhere online!

Whether your loved one lives in an apartment, house, retirement village we can help coordinate and organize any home services such as electricians, gardeners, cleaners you name it!
We can also help facilitate and plan any local transportation needs via ridesharing, taxi or planning via public transport

Our Check-In service offers personalized communication with your Gram at a frequency you choose: daily, three times a week, or weekly.
During these check-ins, we assess their well-being and address any needs they might have. Updates are then sent to the family and inner circle through SMS, email, or phone calls, depending on the chosen plan.
What does the 24/7 On Call support include?
The 24/7 On Call support under the Base Plan includes emergency support, health and wellness management, communication assistance, scheduling appointments, and help with local travel.
The Premium Plan adds services like handling unforeseen issues, tech support, and allowing family members to directly call our support team.
What are the benefits of the 'Planning and Organization support' in the Premium Plan?
This service streamlines daily tasks through online shopping, gifting, errands, records and bills management, coordinated transit, and home management.

What is the structure of the 1:1 Support Sessions?
In these sessions, a dedicated manager spends 45 minutes with the grandparent to assess their well-being and plan for their needs in the upcoming month.
The Base Plan includes one monthly session, while the Premium Plan offers two sessions per month, allowing for more personalized and in-depth support.
Does My Gram Need To Use Complicated Technology?
Absolutely not. We understand that not every Gram is comfortable with modern technology or SMS. To accommodate this, Support-A-Gram offers a 100% phone call-based service as an option.
This means all communications, updates, and reminders can be conducted through traditional phone calls, ensuring that your Gram can receive our full range of services without the need to navigate any complicated technology. Our aim is to make our services accessible and convenient for all, regardless of their technological proficiency.
