Your concierge support manager can assist Gram with planning and booking any short-distance local trips via ride-share apps (like Uber, Lyft etc), taxis, or public transport. They can also make arrangements which take into consideration any mobility needs that Gram might have.

Concierge Support Managers provide personalized assistance to the Gram by planning and facilitating services. They conduct 1:1 sessions, manage reports, schedule appointments, and send reminders. They help with shopping, home services, transport, activities, skill development, research, and coordinate support from the Gram's inner circle. Beyond services, they offer companionship, understanding, and a listening ear.
